Hackberry is a five-piece instrumental band from The Netherlands, founded in 2015. They play a mix of progressive rock, stoner, metal, grunge and psychedelia and are known for their strange time signatures, tempo changes and dynamics. After the first self-released EP ‘Desert Orchid’ at the end of 2016, the well-received debut album ‘Hackberry’ was self-released in 2018.
Now they are back with a new record called '
Breathing Space', an instrumental journey through prog-rock, metal, psychedelic-rock, and stoner. The compositions have been carefully assembled and arranged by the five members of Hackberry reflecting their individual musical influences and taste. No compromises were made during the writing of this record, every song is an ultimate musical experience.
