Haven Of Echoes has just released their new single, "Ad-Infinitum," today. The track offers a haunting blend of atmospheric soundscapes and powerful melodies, showcasing the band's signature style. Fans can look forward to the full experience when their highly anticipated album drops on September 20th.
Paul Sadler about the song: "Perhaps my favourite song from the album, this track was written by electric harpist and long-time collaborator Nerissa Schwarz. I love the unusual chord sequences underlying the verses in particular, and I feel I have created some fairly haunting melodies that really weave themselves in and out of the harmony in constantly surprising ways. Perhaps more concise than the other three tracks, I feel this is one that really makes full use of every second of its runtime.
This is perhaps the most overtly melancholic track of the four, which is something I have tried to reflect in the rather pessimistic lyrical content. Indeed, it’s perhaps the only song in which I haven’t really made any effort to find a positive stance within the lyrics or leave the listener with a sense of hope. I suppose it can’t be fun and games all the time…"
